Overnight Cruise in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam

- Today we sleepover at one of Vietnam's hottest destinations: Ha Long Bay. We take the overnight cruise and sail through its limestone islands. During the day our activities include kayaking, visiting the Thien Cung Cave, rowing by floating houses, and Vietnamese cooking lessons. In the evening we wine and dine, then go squid-fishing. No catch, but it's a way to mingle with other passengers! Watch the video to see the action unfold :)

I just booked a 16 day Best of Vietnam and Cambodia tour with World Spree and will be leaving on November 9, 2018. The overnight Ha Long Bay cruise takes place early on in the tour so this is all part of my ongoing almost years worth of redundant travel planning LOL! This looks awesome and I can't wait to see this for myself.

I was at Halong Bay in 96. Am returning with my 3 kids (17,15,11), half Vietnamese, next year. Will be interesting to see how much more commercialised it has become. Great video.

I came back to your video to share my experience with you. I actually watched your video back in October, 2019 and went to Vietnam in November, 2019. One of the things I did was going to Ha Long Bay for an overnight cruise with my buddy. We took off from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and it was a long ride there in our mini bus. The cruise we went on had about 30 people and it was not the best, but ok. We went to a pearl farm and did some kayaking. Our cabin in the boat was decent. It had a strong shower and toilet. Air conditioning was awesome. Probably won't do that cruise again, lol.

Great vid. It brings back lots of memories for me. I spent 2 months in Vietnam back in 2009, and thoroughly loved it. Halong Bay was particularly beautiful. Unfortunately, that was before I started making travel videos. I might have to go back again soon, this time armed with a camera.
