It's about life of Daniela,how she become an athlete,because of her mom. She have o lot of energy when she was little, even the governess told her that the kinder garden isn't a playng ground, and her mom decided to give her to a sports school. For her everything was very easy, like a child game, later she understood how much it must to work to be the best. Also she mentioned that Nadia Comaneci was her idol. Pls excuse my english, i just tried to translate for you a few words from the interview
Tot respectul , stimata dna. Daniela Silivas ! Ce exercitii dificile si foarte reusite ! Multumim penteu faima pe care ati dus- o in lume ! Urmaresc si acum pe net competitiile concursurilo anilor de glorie ai gimnaticii romanesti ! Felicitari !
She coaches at a gym in Sandy Springs, Georgia, which is on the north side of Atlanta (host of the 96 Olympics). It's about an hour away from where I live, which is kind of cool.
Mihai , thanks for uploading. I will have a BUSY night ahead of me watching this, that means I should buy a box of chocolate to eat while I watch (ha ha).
Like people have said before, I don't understand romanian either but I love to watch this video or Daniela. Is she still coaching gymnastics? is there a translation of this video somewhere? thanks for sharing this with us :)
Ah, Daniela - probably my all-time favorite. :) As rigorous as her training-life was, Daniela has always given me the impression that she adjusted remarkably well to post-retirement, "civilian" life. She went from a perfection-oriented star gymnast in the Romanian system to a "normal", well-adjusted lady living in America - without much trouble, it seems. Is that her real voice in this video, or is it someone doing a dub-over? Her voice sounds deeper & heavier than I expected.

@serenenz You`re welcome! :)
Enjoy the show and your box of chocolate!
@svetaswan Female voices like men's often deepens as one gets older. :)
can anyone translate
It's funny, I can't understand a word of this,but no matter what country and what language, news reporters all kind of talk the same way.
I can teach you.
