I would rarely leave home-backyard paradise
I bought my home 40 years ago. I just had foundation work done, a Redwood fence was replaced, and I am finding out that I also need siding and a balcony replaced. This was not my. retirement plans. Now looking at these video all I see future repairs and $$$$$ signs. Enjoy while the house is still beautiful.
Why I won’t buy one lol, If I did,I’d buy a new house. However, Ms Janice graciously let’s me view these beautiful homes.
When you get older or ready to retire, sometimes it's best to downsize or get a condo or live in >55yr community where you don't have to worry about too many maintenance and repairs. Clearly this is not a retirement home, it's beautiful but a lot to take care of, physically and financially. Looks like a home if you're 30-60yrs. I would enjoy a home like this for my growing family 🙂

This House is huge, the exterior & Pool are breathtaking 😍. The interior is a little dated. imagine how just a change of paint & new grey flooring would modernize the inside and increase the value.
I was expecting the backyard to be huge.. I love the pool and the privacy of the back yard. The mirror in the basement was interesting, like for a dance studio. Another nice home.

This home is absolutely lovely Ms. Carter. Kennesaw is actually one of the areas I was looking into moving to from NYC. Hiram, GA as well since it seems a little more affordable. Definitely need to move from NYC raising children. TFS.
