I only counted 5bdrms/4.5baths. Did I miss something? I’d only do a few upgrades. Pot filler in main kitchen, switch oven to double and move that oven and microwave to second kitchen and add dishwasher and pot filler. Add tiled seat in master shower, change one of the upstairs baths to walk in shower. Just thinking of comfort for someone who may have a slight mobility problem. Extend patio to be covered and screened and add outdoors kitchen area.
I thought the same thing. They must have counted "gym/2nd office" as bedroom 3 (?)....but it had no closet so shouldn't be. Showed 5.5 baths...master, downstairs guest, bedroom 5, bedroom 6, full bath in hall upstairs across from bedroom 5 and the powder room. I agree with your upgrades except pot fillers. Had one once...only used it a couple of times. I always look for double ovens! Loved that there was no stove top or sink in kitchen island.
And move location and cut price in1/4 and donate it 2 Trax therapy and rehab

They come with a huge price tag as well. Gone are the days of cheap homes in Dallas!!

Quant home, the drive there was tranquil. Lots of space between the houses, loved the circular driveway (visioning my initials there). The grounds would be a gardeners paradise, plenty of options and ideas to add to the visual appeal of the home. I wasn't thrilled with the tile or chandelier in the foyer, it's basic or outdated. I did love the open space inside and flow throughout the home. Huge kitchen, loved the island, double sinks and the side kitchen. This home has a lot of hidden treasures, the wet bar, study, theater room, the office/library space was everything. The balcony view upstairs was the added plus for me. The rooms need updating but spacious, no wow moments in the master suite (I would add a fireplace and nook or seatee) I loved the separate double closets and the bathroom was nice. The gazebo outside was the icing on a well baked cake. Lovely home, minor updates and it would be a great forever home.

Needs a pool I like the refrigerator blend in with the in with the wood cabinets. If the two stoves are induction then you have something there I prefer gas . Large driveway helps because garage seems tight for big cars. I like the fifth bedroom the most. Color change in all but the sixth bedroom some patch work on some of the walls premium shower fixtures in the owner suite bathroom & solar this could be home.

This house is gorgeous!!! Wished it already had a pool/hot tub however but that is not a deal breaker. We are moving to Texas from Norcal as it is completely unbearable here now!!!!

This home is beautiful on the outside and the concept of it is beautiful as well but with the interior design inside with all the wood and whatnot it looks cheap it’s one of those houses that look beautiful on the outside but look kind of cheap on the inside.
I think the word you’re looking for is dated! Not cheap, just a bit outdated style!
