Great video. I've actually done this (with vacant property), and the developer who owned it was happy to sell it to me and it was actually cheaper than the market suggested it was worth. I'm here right now because I'm about to do it again for a single family home.

Very good advice. My childhood home is a rental property. The owner recently sold the investments of it. To a company I guess he knows. He’s giving me information ℹ️ of the company when all goes through. It’s still tenant occupied. Im willing to buy it as is and rent it out to the existing tenants until they move. I’m sure I have a good chance to buy it.😊

Romania, and the credit line is different. The bank interest is higher than the credit. The only option is to buy real estate cash but the salaries are very low. To open a bussiness the state does not help you at all, it is worse for you to pay very high taxes so you want to retire.
