This is a great episode. I’ve done all these strategies. Cold calling is the fastest, mail is easy but takes awhile to get responses, I work with a lot of wholesalers and it’s less work involved, REI meetups are great because you’ll never know who you’ll meet.
Can you take me up your wing and make me one of your success story? I have zero experience and zero qualification in real estate but I'm willing to learn and do the work then make money(tired of living pay check to pay check). The internet is infested by millions of "mentors" out there that promise mentorship and charge an arm and the leg and one of your kidneys. I just wanna find somebody who's okay with helping without expecting large amount of cash in return,no one has that kind of cash lying around in their living room in these inflation days. Would you please give me some great and crucial tips in real estate,Wholesaling pre foreclosure? Your help would be well appreciated. Looking forward to hear back from you. Angel

LandGlide is good for finding owners quickly. Doesn’t tell if their vacant or anything. Propstream pulls list of leads based of criteria you pick. So different animals.

That call center is a huge liability, over 70% of phone numbers are on the do-not-call list. Potential fines for violating that are huge.
