You're also one of the few CCs that start this game, that actually is able to deal with the fact that things take real time to craft, as you're able to focus on other things you wanna do. I hope other Destiny CCs use your videos as example honestly.
Destiny would make it a rare frame you could only get by collecting 5000 ingots in 72 hrs and completing 7 weekly bounties from a seasonal vendor, its the opposite stress of "GET IT NOW OR YOULL NEVER BE ABLE TO AGAIN". I love both games, but waiting 3 days for something to finish is so much easier than trying to min/max every minute of your playtime for 3 days straight.

Lots of the content later will almost require you to jump around like a crack head. But you'll love it XD
I saw this in the patch notes and was excited. I tried to get a friend into WF, and was hiding on the beginning missions so I didn't accidentally kill anything, so he can get his own kills. But he got bored because there was no threat of dying and low enemy density. I'm glad DE is always improving the new player experience.
Mac, I'm technically a returning player, as I set up an account and started playing way back almost at launch, but found the experience marginal at best and never stuck with it. I played warframe in 2018 for like 4hrs and destiny since day one on d1. Not very professional tbh but you made me fall in love with it again. @5115neo oh I'm not a bot, but just voicin my approval for the algorithm and to let him know he's got an audience. I surely don't need to write a dissertation for that?
I think the torzian beam device is an apparatus used to essentially warp reality in to make a portal. Essentially "portal thingy" but the science behind it gives its name- As well as it's being a lock in key mechanism, being the ability to make it more like a door which allows it to fall into a bit of the lore. A bit more, but you'll get into that later and i'm waiting to see a boy
With a few thousand hours played, watching @Mactics discovering the game for the first time is just so heart warming. It's like a parent watching their kid learn to walk and talk. :)
The missions in warframe are like tasks on your job. You want to do exactly what you've been asked to do, nothing less nothing more. There will be specific missions for leveling, farming, killing ect.
Something that’s great about WF is that player trading is so massively integral to the game. You can trade weapon parts, frame parts, and even platinum (The premium currency), which means you can earn the premium currency without paying a dime
I will say I am glad you joined this game. Plus its so nice to have it catching more attention again. One day i hope to be able to squad up with you for end game content.
the entire first 100 hours of the game is basically the TUTORIAL 😭🙏🏻, true endgame for warframe is fashion frame...or what i like to call WARFRAME'S NEXT TOP MODEL
11:16 no my man this game's scanning is metroid prime rules EVERYTHING is scannable and has a reason to be scanned every scan you do earns you faction points and when scanning enemies a cirtain number of times you unlock that enemy for use as a decoration skin for any of your articulas, the lil statue things you can place... also any thing you place in your orbiter or dojo can be scaled up or down in size bro.
Would’ve been nice to have a chat full of people explaining every single detail of the game to me when I started lol the game was rough to figure out! I’m fully addicted to it now though 😅
so rare resources that most people dont know, there is like a 90% chance of a mission always spawning one of the rare resource cache, finding it is the pain part. i personally like doing a capture mission getting that done with and just going through all the loot areas. this does take a lot of knowledge of all the tile sets to ever do fast. a easyer way player do which he isnt is using someone like limbo with a range build to explode the tiles and using loot radar to just get everything.
Endless missions each have 3 loot tables and go on an AABC rotation except Disruption which depends on how well you do and can endlessly give you C from round 3 onwards. As a rule C>B>A either by having better rates of what you want or unique rewards. Most people farm in multiples of 4. Disruption is great for farming relics and it is best to stay as long as you can successfully defend all 4 conduits each round.
Quick tip if you didnt know you can go to a relay and select the busy instance and most times there will be a real person that will give a booster out, you can ask in chat if anyone can give a booster and most high level players will be more than happy to give one
A good tip for you, as a baby tenno Excavation missions give more Endo than other missions, cause Excavation have Endo as a normal reward and not a Rare reward, so it's more common to get Endo when finishing a Drill
I hope this channel evolves into "What game will Mactics master next?". First it was Destiny 2 and all of those builds and walk-throughs. Now Warframe. We need a list of what Mactics can master next
He's gonna get stuck on Warframe then. No one has mastered Warframe. To this day, there's still people finding out new interactions with abilities and weapons, which evolve even further with the addition of new warframes and weapons, as the game goes on.
"This is the part of the game where I have no idea what I'm doing" says Mactics, pressing the elevator button without waiting for the other players. na fr though, love your vids, hope you'll keep sharing your new player experience at least up to the New War quest !
On the relic choice screen, if you don't care between two options, always choose the one that isn't you. Choosing another person will give them bonus resources for upgrading relics while choosing your own gives no bonus.
One etiquette thing- when your reward is picked by someone else in a void fissure, you get 5 extra traces. Picking a different player in the event of a dupe roll gives them the traces, so it’s considered the nice thing to do.
I love watching people experience Warframe for the first time. Also, why hasn't any other game come anywhere close to the same fluid movement system? Every other 3rd person game i play feels clunky after Warframes incredible movement.
The First Descendant feels pretty good. It would be cool if the movement could be even more insane though as you get further in the game. Maybe they could add double air grapple or some other stuff like that.
Also damage resistance and knockdown reduction are massively increased while rolling so you can roll through the green laser doors without getting knocked down and if your low health with a bad status you can spam roll to stay alive
I understand perspective changes a lot of it, but I really do think you’d have a much harder time getting around this game without chat. I’m learning so much about this game that I didn’t know when I first played, and it’s really getting me excited to try and do a fresh start with it thanks to your series.
I've used to be carried in survival, but now i carry everyone in sp survival. Damn i can even do solo in this mission with my eyes closed. It feels great, and I wish that you'll get to that feeling too.
Will it build on warframe can and will be an endless series. You can make every warframe, every weapon, and every melee insane on their own, now there are warframes that synergize with weapons, for example mesa with pistols and mag with snipers. Im looking foward to see that, i havent played in years and you are making me so nostalgic to the point i might come back to it
Also, "Warframe's new player experience is bad" is an old adage, which *used to* be true. And yeah, it can still be quite overwhelming and confusing to some. BUT at the same time, DE have been on an absolute roll updating it in the last couple years, and from what I've seen, watching other video series like this one, it really has improved a LOT.
I will say, that you said you don't get a lot of help, but chat is helping you immensely which is why this experience feels much more fluid. I am hoping for a new player experience revamp soon which apparently is in the works
he did talk about this last vid but the only major help really has been how mods work, mactic is this games target audience. hes great at context clues and problem solving from what i can see and caught on to everything very quick
While I agree he's a cracked player, there's a huge advantage to him being able to confirm he's reading information in the right ways. There has been plenty of times in these videos where chat will correct misconclusions that he is coming to. I'm my own playing, I'll come to a question and must slow everything down to Google and try to find the answer. M has the chat to reference constantly and near instantly. His familiarity with building characters in looter shooters is multiplicative to the situation when hes able to make very pointed questions to the constant resource of chat. It is all important. Both M and the chat.
@@Jordynowo ehh I disagree, pretty much anytime chat sees he may be struggling they just tell him what to do or what he is missing. When he needs a resource or anything chat is immediately telling him the best way to get it. Or if he is trying to do something that he can't yet chat explains what steps to take to get there. He is 100% getting a ton of help that is making his new player experience a breeze because any time he has a question it's getting answered immediately he isn't having to alt tab out and look at the wiki or reword your question 3-4 times before you get the correct answer. I have watched 5-6 hours of his twitch stream and these TH-cam videos don't show the immense amount of help he is receiving constantly Not to mention the 100s of gifts he is getting that just make his experience that much easier which is fine, the catalysts he is getting and forma I think he is at like 200 forma.
@dewdlergaming2798 the gifts are extremely good help but the useful things is stuff he can (now) trade for, he just didnt have to go out of his way for it. And i ssid yes, chat is helping him. But im 90% sure a lot of those things he eould have solved soon after, i mean he did the treasure room first try thats genuine impressive lmao. So i agree, he is getting help dont get me wrong, i just dont think hed be lost without it
@ST-nv5cs this whole he has chat i need google idea people have is annoying. The qna chat will answer 85% of your questions. Its not a game flaw you choose google instead, and it's fine if you prefer google too
Bro do the kubrow quest and when you get to breeding your kubrow in the incubator then do the other quest in the other few days because the incubation to be completed takes at least 2 or 3 days to be able to have your dog
This is about the time you might want to be switching it to allow gameplay with other people, maybe. Especially in the defense/mobile defense/excavation missions since it easier to deffend when you are more. Also if and when you start needing materials to craft, you might want to do endless missions (survival, defense, excavations...) for those you DO want to have more people for more buffs and more spawns and more dead enemies to farm.

It’s so cute to see you use cover 🤓☝️ do yall hear how fucking goofy you sound
@@5115neo Have you ever played Warframe?
As someone who's been here for what, 11 years now, it's amazing and amusing seeing someone use skills from a different game.
He plays the start almost as though it's a Grandmaster Nightfall... how is that not entertaining & cute?
Or are you just butthurt?
hey mactics little tip for parkour
if you press ctrl before hitting the ground you will slide instead of falling so you dont have to suffer that hero landing animation
There's just something about watching new players to Warframe, very fun and entertaining! I will definitely be looking at your streams as well! :D
imo you could be a creator for/in every game you play. I just love the way you go into new games and interact with your community. I played warframe in 2018 for like 4hrs and destiny since day one on d1. Not very professional tbh but you made me fall in love with it again. So I gave warframe a 2nd try and having fun af 40hrs into. So yeah, go where you wanna go cause you just stand out and make people wanna have fun. Like that's part of what you wanna do anyways :)
This has been such a fun new player experience to watch! I'm loving how chill and go with the flow it's been.
New player experience 🤓☝️ im convinced mactics is botting his vids now. You all say the same things
@5115neo oh I'm not a bot, but just voicin my approval for the algorithm and to let him know he's got an audience. I surely don't need to write a dissertation for that?
i’ve been watching you and another youtuber start this game at around the same time and it’s really fun to see the game played by a new player
I just started warframe with my buddies and your videos have been amazing to see since you’re also a new player coming from Destiny 2
Its always so much fun watching a new player, very nostalgic for the good ol days when i started, i love his enthousiasm too!
Love your thumbnails btw. Warframe vids always have low quality thumbnails for some reason, but yours are alright, like the comic style as well :)
It's so surreal seeing destiny 2 style video thumbnails from D2 youtubers coming to warframe
You're getting there man, slowly but surely. I hope you continue to enjoy your adventure!
It's a lovely time watching a new player experience the game. I'm eager to see his reaction when the story starts to ramp up.
I love seeing that youre enjoying the game! Honestly in my top 5 and has been since i started in 2014
With a few thousand hours played, watching @Mactics discovering the game for the first time is just so heart warming. It's like a parent watching their kid learn to walk and talk. :)
The missions in warframe are like tasks on your job. You want to do exactly what you've been asked to do, nothing less nothing more. There will be specific missions for leveling, farming, killing ect.
I’m 6 years deep and at MR33 and I still feel like trash when I play! It’s been fun to watch your journey unfold.
Something that’s great about WF is that player trading is so massively integral to the game. You can trade weapon parts, frame parts, and even platinum (The premium currency), which means you can earn the premium currency without paying a dime
Theres a hole in the wall in the waterfall!
I will say I am glad you joined this game. Plus its so nice to have it catching more attention again. One day i hope to be able to squad up with you for end game content.
the entire first 100 hours of the game is basically the TUTORIAL 😭🙏🏻, true endgame for warframe is fashion frame...or what i like to call
WARFRAME'S NEXT TOP MODEL
11:16 no my man this game's scanning is metroid prime rules EVERYTHING is scannable and has a reason to be scanned every scan you do earns you faction points and when scanning enemies a cirtain number of times you unlock that enemy for use as a decoration skin for any of your articulas, the lil statue things you can place... also any thing you place in your orbiter or dojo can be scaled up or down in size bro.
15:03 he did this on 1st try is kinda insane for new player
aye, grats on your new frame. Rhino is pretty good.
glad to see you have fun.
been enjoying your playthrough.
When you're about to ride the elevators while playing squad, wait for others to get there. It's a nice gesture
Can't wait to see Mantics struggle against the hardest boss in the game:The Sergeant.
You’d be a great warframe creator, even now just watching you play has been a blast
It’s wholesome to see a new Tenno discover everything. It’s been so long for me, I miss the excitement a bit
NOT a one-hit wonder mac, best content to watch right here.
See you in the end game good sir.
4:20 pretty sure there’s little spot you can go under the waterfall if you land on the grate instead of falling into the void
One etiquette thing- when your reward is picked by someone else in a void fissure, you get 5 extra traces. Picking a different player in the event of a dupe roll gives them the traces, so it’s considered the nice thing to do.
Love this! I’m at the exact same spot in the game rn! It’s fun to see someone else struggle with the same shit 😅
1:26 i got an ads exactly at this second what a perfect timing😂
It gives you a nostalgic feeling from when you fell in love with the game
Also damage resistance and knockdown reduction are massively increased while rolling so you can roll through the green laser doors without getting knocked down and if your low health with a bad status you can spam roll to stay alive
I understand perspective changes a lot of it, but I really do think you’d have a much harder time getting around this game without chat. I’m learning so much about this game that I didn’t know when I first played, and it’s really getting me excited to try and do a fresh start with it thanks to your series.
"... all on my own." Had me dying
What syandana was Ash wearing? Looks pretty nice.
Im looking foward to see that, i havent played in years and you are making me so nostalgic to the point i might come back to it
As an 8 year veteran, I'd say you're good :) Nice progress my friend
I have been loving the content recently mac. Keep it up and I'll see you at the stream!
I have watched 5-6 hours of his twitch stream and these TH-cam videos don't show the immense amount of help he is receiving constantly
Not to mention the 100s of gifts he is getting that just make his experience that much easier which is fine, the catalysts he is getting and forma I think he is at like 200 forma.
Its not a game flaw you choose google instead, and it's fine if you prefer google too
@ 4:15, there is actually a hole in the wall behind the waterfall where you can get in.
Honestly, someone who never played warframe did his Maroo mission successfully on his first try? You are cracked.
Bro do the kubrow quest and when you get to breeding your kubrow in the incubator then do the other quest in the other few days because the incubation to be completed takes at least 2 or 3 days to be able to have your dog
When he stepped through the portal and said 'oh wait', I could practically hear his butt clench.
Yesss, just subbed after watching these episodes, immediately another one! 😃😃
I forgot about that 1 archwing mission. I cant wait to see you try it.
You have the cleanest new player fashion Ive ever seen
This is about the time you might want to be switching it to allow gameplay with other people, maybe. Especially in the defense/mobile defense/excavation missions since it easier to deffend when you are more. Also if and when you start needing materials to craft, you might want to do endless missions (survival, defense, excavations...) for those you DO want to have more people for more buffs and more spawns and more dead enemies to farm.
Whoa that Ash Fashion was way better than I expected.
Spoiler for lootcave
That waterfall that you ended up saying f u guys about has an actual Entry away, but it's a lot more difficult than just jumping down into the hole. You had to target that little circular thing that you saw on your right at timestamp 4:15
I LOVE the Boltor! I have every single variation of it and I’m almost done getting the incarn for all of them!
