- SHE WENT NATURAL! Uni went natural she waited 6 months and then she just couldnt take it anymore. A few morning ago I hear "Toriiiiiii" I go running into the bathroom and she's cuttings her relaxed ends off! I couldn't be more proud and happy that I was able to influence my own mom to go natural!!

Yes, but her texture is also looser than 4b or 4c, so she's more apt to have the appearance of more length because of the curl pattern.

Maybe try moisturizing a little more. MOISTURE IS SUPER IMPORTANT! If your hair is breaking off try doing a protein treatment. Hope this helps! xoxo

@@favouredWoman777 Thank you!!! I wish you the same as well. It's a lot of work trying to maintain hair that's transitioning. I'm not used to having curly or wavy thick hard to comb through hair. When my hair grows my roots are really thick and hard to maintain that's why I always got perms. I'm going to stick it out tho. I can do it. I know I can.

Different growth rates for different people.
Adaora Nweafuna Everyone hair is different and some ppl hair grow quicker than others. I thought she had a lot of hair for being 6 months post. A lot of other TH-camrs I have watched...their hair wasn’t even that length and they was almost 12 months post for some of them. But it also depends on their hair as well.. looser curl hair pattern will appear longer or tighter curl hair patten may look shorter.
Hair grows at an average rate of one half of an inch per month.
