Exactly, the GR86 was really built as the entry level of their sportscar line up. Adding turbos and more power would increase the cost of the GR86, and could potentially outplace the outgoing GR Supra

2025 gr86 will be the same engine as Gr Yaris inline3 3 cylinder turbocharged hybrid and expected 300hp more because of the new EPA rules , target lowering the carbon emission gas, so as expected all automobile makers will go turbocharged engine hybrid, All V6 engine in toyota will go 4cylinder with turbocharged and it will be higher economy

The geography of a tropical country like the Philippines were not put in mind during the development of this vehicle. This is evident by Toyobaru putting a literal snow mode. Just be grateful they tried to put in a bit of "luxury" in a performance coupe. And yeah, the display is kind of ass and wireless Apple Carplay being nonexistent is fucking annoying, but at the end of the day, it is a driver's car, not just a car that will get you to point A to point B.
