I'm Lebanese *arabian* I have scoliosis but it's only 22 degrees. I'm 15 years old., I'm happy with it yet I have a lot of pain from my head to my feet also I've been suffering from migraines since I was 6 I never looked at my life negatively I'm always thankful for everything. I'm getting special physical therapy for my back hoping it's going to be better plus I should practice my exercises 3 times per day its really difficult but I can handle it I feel sometimes depressed but once I saw how others suffers from scoliosis, for example, this girl I feel much better and thankful like I'm nothing in front of them and I'm pretty sure I'll get better soon if I worked harder but I'm so lazy😂 thank God for everything💜✨
My mom was aware that me and my sister we'd get sclouisis due to us both having health issues. My sister is nonverbal in a wheelchair and can't walk so she had it due to her health issues which led her to having sclouisis hers was bad she first wore a brace and then the doctor said she needed surgery because she kept getting sick to her lungs. I myself have sclouisis I've had it since as long as I can remember our doctor would have me walk around and watched how I did and look at my back for a while. Then as I got older after getting very bad sick in 2014 my sclouisis got worse and I was put on pain management and been on it since 2015. Over the last year my mom noticed my sclouisis curve getting worse when I told her my back was hurting more and when my sister gave me my bath and she got mom afew times to look at my back and my mom saw my sclouisis getting worse. I'm not at a point to get surgery because it'll be a hard one to go though and I have health issues so that'll make the recovery of spine fusion harder and longer. My sister had a hard recovery and ended up getting Mersa in her back after surgery so that's what's scary about getting the surgery because of something bad happened to my sister when she got her surgery. So I don't want surgery right now because it'll be hard and my sister only got her surgery when she needed it because she kept getting sick all the time due to her curve affecting her lungs. So once my sclouisis starts affecting my lungs then I'll get the surgery. I'm at a point to wear it good.
