My last home I bought was a foreclosure and the only issue with the house was it was only discounted 30% below the inflated market. I may be in this house a long time once the bubble pops and prices fall 50% or more.
Foreclosure used to mean steep discounts. I have always bought foreclosures and as soon the housing bubble pops i will buy again. The real problem is the radical spending programs that inflated the price of everything.
Once a foreclosure is listed, when can someone actually purchase and move in it? I've seen so many foreclosure homes but not sure about the redemption periods or what not. Can you make a video on that matter? Thx
Trash? One person's trash is another person's treasure. Smart purchasing is key. Circumstances, location, competition, ability to renovate yourself or hire out, and market conditions must be taken into consideration to buy smart or not at all. Diamonds in the ruff are not for everyone.
I have created more wealth buying foreclosures than I have from working. Now is not the time to buy anything. Buy deals not government spending inflated priced homes.

When I bought my house it was a foreclosure also, I still live in this house. You still saved 30% on your purchase so that's awesome!

Banks are greedy and looking to profit rather then recover the debt. The dollar losing value terribly.
You look amazing

Thanks for making this request, please share where are you finding these foreclosures and I will get this on my schedule to produce.
@@EsphirPopilevsky thx
Always buy a home that has already been foreclosed and don't buy trash. Problem solved.

Good for you! As long as the numbers work and cash flow is positive it's always a great time to buy.
