Fun Fact: Red Skull in Lego Marvel 1 had NO Free Play abilities. He was basically a glorified henchman.
A lot like he is in the first film. He has no special abilities, other than being red and not having a nose.

it's understandable why absorbing man doesn't absorb stuff around him, i think if they gave him some kind of transform where he absorbs from his ball and chain and turns into a metal form that would be pretty cool. it would be neat as well if he had a unique interaction with thor where he absorbs the metal from his hammer and can use electricity. there are other characters that could work for as well, iceman and sandman to name a couple

I remember back when I unlocked Absorbing Man the first few times, I forgot he was in the game and thought "I can't wait to see how he absorbs things", just to start pressing all the keys in my keyboard before realizing he had NO unique abilities.

Galactus is the definition of the finale boss when u fight him vs when u get him
I think an honourable mention is Raina from the Lego Avengers Agents of SHIELD DLC. Her only ability is claws, but you very rarely use them in the game and you would be more likely to use Black Panther or anyone else with claws instead.
Although I think the list is great, my only complaint is with Demolition Man. Demolition doesn't have to be specifically made from explosions, as demolitions can also be handmade or machine made.

I think they did a perfectly fine job making demolition man. In the comics, he was just a strong guy with no other powers.

I loved Lego Star Wars tcs as a kid growing up. I'm 16 now and remember completing it 100% on the wii...good times but the memories are forgotten and are only fragments now

That was my childhood (along with Lego Lotr which carries more nostalgia for me - just thinking about the Shire theme...).
I liked the Star Wars, Marvel Superheroes, and Indiana Jones lego games a lot.
I’ll tell you what was worse than the ice move. I would play as Thor, charge up the hammer, then throw it at my friends and it’d one shot em even if they were a big fig and I had NO mercy😂

it's because in the original MARVEL Squirrel Girl comics, Koi Boi's powers were being able to swim, breathe underwater, talk to fish and flop like a fish. So his flopping is actually accurate to the comics as is the swimming as well.

Forbush Man actualy has an interesting backstory, he has beated Juggernaut in a fight (with pure luck).

If TT Games were to watch an episode of "Ben 10: Alien Force/Ultimate Alien" they would see from Kevin's powers how to make Absorbing Man work properly in a LEGO game.
They both actually have very similar powers.

Straight up, it's because of Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 that I genuinely love Forbush Man. He's just an average Joe with a pot on his head, and luck so bad, he literally lost to someone because, and I quote, "They didn't have a mind." He's great!

No, he has unique fighting animations and flying sounds. Also to be fair, these abilities are some of the best in the game so considering him a bad character is not really fair
Another character thats a huge let down to me is Arnim Zola from Lego Marvel 1. He is just so pointless. So glad they made him better im the second game. Great video btw

What would be good for absorbing man would be if his skin changed to what he was standing on and he would then have regenerative hearts
i love how most of these characters are lego marvel superhero 1 character it just shows how many characters there are and how so many of them are just weird and usless but its such a classic and a fun game you dont realise it until you know you get galactus which made me very disapointed too.

Carnage could have been a character with spider abilities but with a different moveset. Focusing on using the symbiote like knives or a mind cotrol thing where he sends out a part of him to control people

Why would you ever want a just lego Spiderman game? Marvel has the license to X-Men and fantastic four again, we could get marvel superheroes 3 with characters from the entire marvel universe. Limiting it to Spiderman would be insanely disappointing, probably the worst marvel game...

Completely random but I was playing lmsh2 the other day doing the Howard the duck gwenpool mission and there was a gold object to destroy. Somehow I never knew you could destroy them with fire blasts not just beams
I have a great idea for a lego avengers game. So this game would have a huge character roster and the story would be all the avengers movies like avengers, avengers age of Ultron,infinity war,and endgame and the dlc’s would be in a deluxe edition and it would have lots of the stand alone movies like all iron man movies, thor movies, doctor strange,and every other marvel movies and of course there would be a huge amount of dlc characters added with the deluxe edition and I feel like it would be fair with the prices of the new Lego games the base game would be about 50 dollars and the deluxe with all the added stuff would be about 75 dollars so yeah there is a good Lego game idea for ya

That would be hard to code in just for a side character that has no part in the story for Absorbing Man. The most you could do is pick a part powers and make it a faction, where if he would get hit, then he would shoot out whatever he got hit by like energy or fire. It just seems useless to code in so I kind of get it, even just changing the form. They could make him invincible though, kind of like superman and add in some kind of invisible force field animation signifying that he's absorbing whatever he gets hit by. But eh, its whatever. Also film Mandarin...well yeah that Mandarin literally can't do anything. Seems more like a joke character to add in lol. Sad to see Moon Knight was on the list. He's one of my favorite Marvel Heroes, minus the new Marvel show that is lol.
I think the hulk buster suit also kinda sucks, the only redeeming quality is that it can shoot lasers and use the hulk super strength things. The only issue is that it can’t fly at all, just hover and stop.
