Master Teruo Chinen "Kururunfa Kata"

The late Teruo Chinen Sensei teaches and demonstrates the "Kurunufa Kata," from Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate. Chinen Sensei was a highly respected teacher and a pioneer of Goju-Ryu in the USA.

Blast from the past, excellent old school Kata. He looks like he would have been an excellent teacher. I definitely picked up a few things from his emphasis on certain parts of the Kata. Very cool. Thank you for posting
