      Hey Luke
I shoot with my 70-200 sometimes, not that much as I like to feel more apart of the action, which happens when shooting between 15mm to 50mm. But I use the 70-200 F4 Canon lens and it is long but its managable ... I use my two adaptor rings to fit the length in and because its an EF lens on my newer mirrorless R5 camera I don't have zoom mechanism atm... so I just choose my focal length before going out... I normally go 135mm but really it depends on what I am shooting... but yeah the adaptor rings work just fine, no problems at all
