Several people have asked where to get the adorable cow file so I'm adding an affiliate link to the file here. www.creativefabrica.com/product/baby-animal-clipart-bundle/ref/235589/
You just TOTALLY made my day!!! I've been trying to figure out how to do this for a week or two and I FINALLY did it!!!!!😍 THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!💗
You have NO IDEA how frustrating it has been for me to turn a PNG into an SVG. I watched tutorials from 3 different people that were MUCH longer and more involved than yours. My walls are nearly blue from the cussing I've done. And then I happened upon your TH-cam video. Had my PNG turned into an SVG, and turned that into a HTV logo on my shirt, all in less than 6 hours!! THANK YOU!!!
Thank you so much for posting this. I spend 3 hours trying to do this and then gave up. I found your video and was able to do it in less than 30 mins! You have opened up a new range of options for me. This tutorial was excellent. It was clear, concise, to the point AND only 10 mins. I can't thank you enough!!
THANK YOU! I am not computer illiterate but have been struggling to convert images to SVG. Have watched at least 6 other TH-cams and even tried using Inkscape but never successful. Your tutorial directing me to the website that actually successfully converts has saved the day. Thanks again!
while I don't know much about the website being used in this demonstration, it's important to make sure you're getting svgs from a safe website (or ideally, make them yourself with a program like inkscape which is free. It's a longer but safer process). svgs are essentially code files, so it's possible you could be downloading svgs with malicious code hidden inside which could put your computer at risk. Just thought I'd mention this in case anyone didn't know!
There is no way they can't do it, it's even not an exe file, that can.be executed, it has nothing to.do.eith your computer, if you doubt about just open it with plain text, and what is there
You are the best! I am so nervous about my Cricut and when finally chose a layered vinyl project, the png conversion didn't work. Thank you thank you!!
This was amazing, thank you! Is there a way to save the new SVG in Cricut Design Space after everything has been cleaned up and edited? Just so you don't have to do this every time you want to want to use this file
this is great thank you! now how would you print this on diff colour vinyl? would you do it one by one? and stick them all afterwards on top of the black base i guess?
I really liked your tutorial. I need to see if I can do this in Silhouette or InkScape because when you do designs in Design Space you can't take your files out which is a real bummer.
Jesus Crist , spoke too fast I could not follow the circuit cleaning part, but I learned how to work the circuit space program eventually as I have never heard of those things before , but it helped me greatly thanks very much
Thank you , this was very helpful and informative. I was hoping you would show how to then cut each color out as well and then how to apply each layer.
Thank you for the video, very helpful. My question is when I'm checking the colors before I Generate I click put don't get the dropper. Is it really verifying my colors?
It was a great video although entering the website and adding the image it just then loads a black screen saying that the website runs thanks to advertising and doesn't do anything from there, so that kind of sucks
That was so terrific! I am very new to Cricut etc. I will have to watch it a few times to get it to make sense in my brain!! And to mimic that. However I was very surprised to see when you went to your files the different photos of the cows from you to choose from. I have downloaded a bunch of fonts and svg's however they show the name of the item or some random number code etc. How do you save your svg's that way and get to actually see the pic of the item? thanks so much! great job Crystal!!
Hi! The original files of the cows were .png files and I was turning them into .svg files so when you were seeing all the cows it's because they were png. There's not a way (that I know of) to save .SVG files where you can see the image preview.
@CrystalsCrafties OH darn. I thought you were a magician! Thanks Crystal. Ps. Have you used transparency film for any projects? And if so did u use a laser printer. I am wondering if I can do that? Thanks ☺️

Yikes!
Better off with Inkscape or illustrators live trace for sure. I personally use vector magic.
@@silverlanswoodworking, what is the exact site for Inkscape? Thank you in advance.

After finishing how to download /extract my work from the Cricut app ??
