Your basing this on… what exactly? You get thirty seconds to make a decision every time a player has a frame where they are actionable, not after a set amount of frames. It’s not as simple as looking at the timer and being able to determine the maximum length of the match. If you want to go back and do the math for every actionable frame in this video, be my guest, but I promise I’m not tricking you or exaggerating. This match WAS a full hour and a half, and it could have been much MUCH longer if we each waited the full thirty seconds before making a decision.

No. no that match was NOT 1 and a half hours, you had a 3600 frame timer, which meant at THE FUCKING MOST, it could be 30 or near that minutes.
