I've used the Relay Version and it can be powered on 12v DC or 5v via the USB. I've installed it to interup the CP live to the tethered cable and picked off 12V DC off the 12 V pins on PodPoint Solo

Hi Bill, I’m very thankful for your great contribution on to how to resolve the issue that Rolec home charger and MG ZS EV have with scheduled charging. In particular I’m very interested in “MG Wake Up Board” that you made and demonstrated in your video. Is it possible to buy one from you so I can set it up within my Rolec home charger? I’d rather use your solution then Sonof smart Wi-Fi switch as my Wi-Fi signal is not good where the charger is.

Hi. Drop me a mail to billburgess42@hotmail.com. What rolec do you have ? And if it is used for the MG the latest software will now let you charge with a single delayed charge up to 10 hrs. If you want to use agile tarrif then you need the wake up board

Good stuff, thanks (despite the vertical video 😉) . I think I'll do this and use Home Assistant with AlexxIT/sonoff so can integrate with Octopus Agile ToU tariff. Could also use the sonoff but cut the traces to make volt free and then use instead of the 5v powered board but without need for 5v supply? Edit: just seen the subsequent video 👍🏻

I use one with Alexa to control for spot lights with time schedule and also on demand switching. Don't use the native app at all.👍
