It's important to realize that Blacks in other parts of the world have a different upbringing than Blacks in America & South Africa, where Racism was institutionalised and LEGAL up until recent history. Caribbean Blacks are very integrated with people of different races so usually their causes are more about inequality than related to money, not race. So what's deeply offensive to Black Americans may not hold the same weight with Usain Bolt, ESPECIALLY since he has been on Ellen before, joked around with her and knows her heart.
