Regarding the Narak Quiz Show and Daesung controversy, I would argue the real people to blame here are the show and its hosts as they chose the questions, and did this intentionally to generate controversy and attention to their show; which would otherwise have not had all these people talking about them and garnered all this free marketing.... at Daesung's expense.
If Daesung didn't go along, he would be lambasted as not playing along/being cooperative and being overly sensitive about what is meant to be humour/unserious.

The opening of independent labels by the girls was most likely a move that makes it easy for them to continue BP activities, much in the way that SM demands any artists they work with in their groups must be on their own label and not on a major label.
Not really. Anyone who is self-employed will say it's harder work, but the results if successful are greater. They will have even less time - if any at all - for Blackpink. I can't imagine their solo businesses being closed down for months on end so they can focus on a year-long Blackpink tour or album. Office space and staff would still have to be paid for. The dynamics of the group have already changed. If there is a comeback I expect the balance will definitely be different. It will be an interesting few years ahead for this band.

I’m going be honest without being biased, teddy probably has the most influence because of his production and music he created for groups and YG. BB or BP can be argued next, BP is probably the most popular K-pop group in the world and ranks in views, sales, money, products, and sponsorship. But you can not deny the impact BB has had not only YG but K-pop in general; Fantastic Baby and Bang Bang Bang. Honestly when it comes to YG, BB BP Ikon are probably the most well known right now. 2NE1 legacy can’t be denied, but their legacy has been impact with a lot of controversy.

Honestly, Daesung should know better than most how callous it was to choose 2NE1 after everything YG did to them. My dad has been doing it since before telling me that I'll look pretty, I'll get the boys yada yada yada if I lost weight then he'll tell me it's for my own good while he doesn't care about his own health anyway. As for which member of 2ne1 Not needed, I would say Dara because other than visuals, she's not really strong at anything. Minzy excels at dancing, CL is a good all arounder, and Bom has an unique voice. Netizens only crying because they don't want the members to "hurt".
