is something like this possible with a 2" bodylift? Reason I ask is that I haven't found anyone prepared to say yes and tackle the job in 20 years of owning my 80. Currently my headlights are partially blocked by the ARB bar that sits on their

2mm plate sounds abit thin for the centre especially with a winch.
How has it gone being that thin?
We havnt put a winch in it yet. If we do, we will use a winch cradle. No issues with the bullbar so far 🤙
Can you let us know what size / thickness and grade tube you use , also the plate dimensions and thickness

Yea mate, it definitely possible. Any custom fabrication shop that builds this kind of thing should be able to do it for you 👍
