I guess I'll be the one to inform you two... there are safeties for this exact reason. You shouldn't need to scream for help or master the bar roll to get to failure.

They have those smart machines at E.O.S. Fitness and they are awesome! You can do negatives with them as well. They’ve given me the best pump I’ve ever had on my biceps and I didn’t feel like I was going to hurt myself getting it.
