Everyone see how quickly Hisun got back and answered all these questions you have? Yup, that's exactly the service and response you can expect from Hisun!!! ZILCH!!!!! Also notice this video shows an engine on the bench. Yeah, wait till you try to fix this thing IN THE SIDE BY SIDE!!! Absolutely horrible to work on. BTW- these engines run a quart low on oil if you go by the factory dipstick AND no where in the manuals does it say you should be using an oil with additives for the clutch, but if you don't you'll wear it out. JUNK! But I have thousands tied up in mine, so I'm bulling on through and making this thing work for me.
yeah 15months old my crankcase full of antifreeze, Ive had to attempt the above repair. someone said rewire the cooling fan so it'll stay running. Instead of waiting for the motor to overheat. its not easy like they show you above, but it does help, takes all afternoon at least. hisun needs to do better.
Thanks for the great video! However you do know that nanometer is a measurement of length, I think you meant to say newton meters which is a measure of force for torqueing the head bolts.
I need help I have a 500 hisun we changed the valves and put everything back the way it goes and the timing looked to be right but has broken rocker arm on exhaust side twice and I can figure out why !!!!!! Timing looks good so what am I missing please help!!
lots of good info, but pretty Shadetree for being from the distributor. "Torque until tight", "reuse the copper banjo washers", torque 45 degrees - I guess i'll just wing it, etc...
Great video!
Nice pattern.

In frame top end is pretty easy.Bottom end-pull the motor.

Where is the crank sensor on the 550

What the hell is top dead center?
if you have to ask this video is beyond your skill level
NEWTON-METERS! not nanometers. MeTrIc SyStEm HaRd.
NANO meters for torque specs.Tuned out right there and then.
DO BETTER HISUN!
