Hi tanong ko lang po my friend of mine nag expire n ung wp nya 2months ago, nag apply xa ng extension before the expiration then ang inemail lang ng agency sa kanya is confirmation na na receive na ng ircc ung application nya pero wala siyang na receive na 2nd letter na may date na authorized p din xa mag work while waiting the decision is made. Ano po kaya yong possible reason?

Hi Mam Ina & Dayanara! hopefully madiscuss nyo rin ung topic about AAIP thru Workers EOI application, I know its province speciific pero sana mabiyan nyo rin ng pansin..There are some instances na nakakareceive si OWP ng invitation but the pathway is differ from the preferred pathway. Tapos even SOWP nakakareceive ng invitation pero sabi naman ng iba hindi daw illegible sabi ng iba pwede naman daw ang SOWP for that. ano ba talaga? I'm currently an IS then wife ko is SOWP, nakareceive sya ng invitation, concern lang namin if we push thru to apply baka sayang lang ung bayad if hindi naman pala illegible. Unfair lang kasi magiinvite sila ng hindi chinecheck ung applicant basta invite lang para magapply & magbayad ung applicant tapos idedeny lang din because they are not illegible..anyway Thank you and God bless po!

Totoo yan. Sa FB group na Ask Kubeir, ung mga tao dun nagtuturuan paano magfile nung obviously ineligible na work permit para lang makaimplied status. Nainis ako at sinabi ko bawal un. Sinabi ko rin na they are just clogging the IRCC dockets. Tapos sa comments dami nagdedefend na dahil raw di bawal kaya nagagawa so legal parin raw. Nakakainis na ang unethical nung ganoong race.

Finallow up nya s agency pero same answer pa din n receive nya isang letter lng binigay ng ircc sa kanya..
