As with all computer numerical control automated systems, they will work beautifully if all sub systems are "go".
Grind to a halt if the control chain breaks.
What is the "human" fallback, if any?

All computer system can be hacked. What if some disgruntled employee want to damage the reputation of the employer by installing malicious software into the system?

      Yes.
That is the problem of fully dependent on computer system without a human fall back.
Single point failure will occur that can knock out the entire system.
Something that will be learned the hard way by many computers advocates.

How is hotpot processed food? It’s literally the same raw food you buy from supermarket to cook at home. They just portion it smaller

Imagine you step into a restaurant where everyone from the chef in the kitchen to the staff who serve you food - everyone is a robot. No human exist in this restaurant except the customers. That's creepy.

did they really wash all their fresh vegetables and mushrooms? Because by just splashing waters, those pesticides will still linger on the surfaces.

At the end of the day, the food quality is determined not by how fanciful your workers dressed up as or how sleek is your top-of-the range stainless steel kitchen equipment but how fresh is the farm produce, free from pesticides, free from preservatives etc.
The more you processed the food, the more nutrients are loss. Get back to the basic of nutrition and don't ever get fooled by all these food processing stunt designed to feed on the eyes instead of the stomach.

People go HDL is not to eat quality food, they go HDL is to pay the service and the environment. So don't expect quality food from them. They only provide quality service and quality environment. Thats why the same food I bought from NTUC cost 2-3x more expensive at HDL.

Huh? Nothing in the video is processed food. The "processed" part at 1:16 just means prepping the the ingredients in the central kitchen for use when delivered to all their shops. No different from preparing ingredients on site. The ingredients are all still whole foods. All of it comes from and looks like a product made from nature. Processed food is stuff like coca cola or chicken in a biscuit or oreos. Search for the NOVA Food Classification System. All the food seen here are classified in Group 1 or 2 known as Unprocessed of Minimally Processed Foods, like fresh, dried, or frozen veg, meat, fish, egg, nuts and seeds. Stuff that grow in nature. Group 2 is Processed Culinary Ingredients like plant oils (eg olive oil, coconut oil etc), animal fat eg butter, cream, maple syrup, sugar, salt. Group C is Processed Foods like canned food, artisanal bread,, cheese, wine, beer, cider etc. Group 4 is Ultra-Processed Foods like sugar sweetened beverages, sweet and savory packaged snacks, reconstituted meat, canned or instant soups, chicken nuggets, ice cream, fries, burgers, pizza etc. Most, if not all ingredients from HDL comes from Group 1 and 2, unprocessed or processed ingredients. People here don't seem to be able to categorize quality food and ingredients if your comment is the highest voted comment here.
