Brave man in the White Limited 4Runner. The 3 inch loss of bumper clearance and X-Reas (limits flex) makes it expert mode. How do I know? My off roading journey started with a stock 4Runner Limited 🤣

My buddy has a renegade and its very impressive that the braking system applies brakes to the slipping tire which makes it like a locker system.
That was a fun run, the chute was fun lol. Another great video!

@@66Duffman ask him if he has abs, tc and hill decent lights on. If he does tc will not work properly.
Ya I was going to say it looks like there is something preventing it from shifting power around to the wheels. It was struggling so much it seemed. Especially with those tires.

what's the difference between solid axles and independant suspension while going rock crawling? and having which is better? what about daily driven on highways?
Solid axle is better for Offroad and typical more durable...it allows the vehicle to flex more when crawling...independent rides better on the street

I am selling my XJ and more then likely buying a ZR2, but, every time I see Ted's Frontier it makes me double think my plans. What is done to it? It flexes really nice in the front. Is it Titan swapped or?

Hey Tommy thanks for the love man! It has fox all around like Dustin mentioned, a 2 inch spacer up front and spc control arms. Shackle out back. It works well, but i will definitely be titan swapping soon.

@@66Duffman ...actually, what I really want is 37s. Maybe after my warranty expires and IF at that point I'm comfortable chopping the hell out of the truck and beefing up weak components.
33s are good for most trails but I feel like I’ve outgrown them with what I’m ready for....planning on going 35s soon
I'm on 33s. Afraid I'll switch to a new platform if I need to go bigger. Not excited about cab relocates etc

Never understood the point of this...looks boring. It's just the truck doing all the work. Plus some weak ass trails. Going slow and being careful
