Festival of Universes Have Given Us Another SUPER High Damage ultimate attack and this is an entirely new feature of Instance Severance that turns it into a counter ultimate that does monstrous damage!

He is the only Zamasu without a custom variation so I look forward to having that.
This is bound to be balanced, along with hit's festival
Its is balanced its literally just a reaction ultimate the game already has some like daburas evil blast its basically just god breaker but purple...hits i can see because its broken haven't lost a fight with him since they released festival 😂
Heres hoping they eventually allow us to have some of these festival versions of the moves i would love to be able to use the counter version of instant severance
I hope they don't let CaCs get festival skills until cast characters get the awakening skills

After the first match I got a decent sense of when you were going to use it. Fest Severance got that Evil Blast Syndrome, meaning it’s one of those moves that’s really meant to be used sparingly, otherwise you’re just gonna get baited.

Hey Steed You should do a series using every mentor skill, like all Zamasu skills or all Gohan skills, etc, but use the skills on your different cacs

I don't think that skill is very strong
Which is why I'm not gunning hard for him, only ones I really care about are Goku, Zamasu and Gogeta.

Love it when a move is good but, isn't broken to the point every player uses it and is overplayed.
It seems nearly broken to me...
-Good damage for a 3 bars ki ult.
-Very fast, allowing you to successfully land it even when the enemy isn't with broken guard but low stamina.
-If fails doesn't punish you that much.
So it's very spammable

Correct, it only counters strikes. Also, spirit bomb festival only works in base as a different move, and does 2,000 extra damage, meaning 16,000 damage total.

Just wanted to say steed (hope you see this) hits festival super is broken in pvp, if you connect the punch as they hit you you will PERMANENTLY freeze them until you hit them again, you could win by just time out or landing a free ult becareful in pvp i did it to multiple people, you slso did it to others in your own video when they stood completely still you froze them
Basically hit has his time prison
His last video was about that. He even showcased that glitch in it.

its a new preset form the new event you have to have them on your team in pqs to max them out
@@creamtherabbit0653plus this is not from your custom character but a New slot of character, you'll get a New zamasu slot with this New Skill instead of Just got The Skill and put in your custom zamasu.

I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually let CAC's use these moves. Just on the off chance they do, I'm gonna try to unlock them all.

The only thing I don't like about the new skills is that they're only on the preset and you can't use them on a custom preset

To people that already tested the point of New levels: is 200 points on ki = 15 bars of ki? Or only with Krillin's SS?
My female saiyan is level 120 and I put 200 in ki blasts with a qq bang that has +5 in ki blasts and I have about 11 and 1/2 bars of ki.

Not gonna lie, the title made it sound really bad as half a health bar is only 5k dmg which even super kamehameha deals like 10k lol but from the looks of it, it's about 11k dmg which for 3 bars and a counter ult that's pretty good
But can they please buff Meteor explosion, there are 3 bar ults that deal more dmg than it when it cost 5 bars, it should at least deal equal/more dmg than the kick version of special beast cannon or make it a 3 bar ult or make it so it uses all your ki for more dmg or something lol

@@Shu_Utsugi1999 pero para romper la stamina debes bajarsela al oponente lo suficiente y eso conlleva manejar la tuya mejor que tu oponente. Dejando de lado el tema de limit bursts, la mecánica de la resistencia EN PRINCIPIO muestra qué jugador es mejor
