Swallow Shot is based on the bird, a Swallow (doesn't take away its inuendo lol). Videl also has a charge because nearly every DLC character has a charge (I think the only exception is Vados, but there might be one more). Also, I like that Burning Swan gives off Street Fighter vibes, plus it can be used in combos and as a zoning move. To me, the weakest move in the pack is Divine Spear and USV Black is the weakest character. Doesn't mean I don't love all the moves and characters, because I do and I want Jun Song and his team to keep the fire up until the studio burns down and then some.
