I lived in Merritt Island for 3 years in the 80’s it was fun experience that’s when I was a student from Saudi Arabia going to Bcc at that time, I understand they changed the name of that college now

Do you have connections to rentals?
Our family is moving to Merritt Island area. We need a short term rental. We have not secured employment yet but have the financial means to pay for anshort term rental up front. We have some employment leads but from what i understand, we need proof of employment prior to renting. Do you know of any options that may be available for our situation? We hope to purchase a home there in the future, but need to get our grouding there first.
    Thank you!
    Appreciate your thorough video!

For short-term rentals, they are mostly on Airbnb and VRBO. I have clients who have worked out an agreement with owners on there for lower rates for staying 1-6 months so I recommend starting there!

Our kiddo is looking into teen missions there…any thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out! I'm not very familiar with local missions myself, but I'd recommend checking out the local Facebook page where you might connect with local families who can share their insights and experiences. The page is called "Merritt Island Community News and Info". Best of luck to your kiddo on their journey!
