Very dissatisfied Pace, got Privy and it’s very difficult to navigate there site. I’m in the learning process of it but I didn’t expect for it to be this complicated. I get it you make it look and sound so easy “just go on privy” but it’s not.

I’m an agent that earns every dime I make! 3/4 of the time I wind up doing the other agent’s job whether I have the buyer or seller! The greatest skills I offer a client are in negotiating the deal, keeping it on track to closing and making sure everything runs smoothly. Recently on a listing I’ve had to act as a contractor to get the repair done from a water leak, another listing I also had to take over and act as contractor after the original contractor cheated my client out of $77,000. I finished it, sold it and got my clients money back. I’ve helped a single mom buy and move out of her apartment before midnight so she wouldn’t have another month rent charge, I’ve worked with a single mom for 2 years to get her credit up and funds to get into a $260,000. House now worth $500,000. A buyers agent tried to hold up closing for 2 extra months my seller couldn’t do; I contacted the lender, got the appraiser out quickly, the survey done and closed on time when lender and everyone said it couldn’t be done! So yes some may put up a sign and nothing else but I work very hard for my clients! And spend my money if necessary, I could tell hundreds more stories 😊
