In order to get it off my credit for debit to income ratio all i had to do was show a bank statement showing she was making the payments to get it off of my debt to income ratio. Lol

I don't have an attorney or title company to call, Idk what the VA paperwork says. I take a lot of notes tho so I hope it's enough to sound competent when responding to their concerns.
I really enjoyed the conversation especially how beautifully you handled the objections. Very informative and you had control over the situation. Like no matter where they come you had it all covered. One thing that I have read in books is that to be able to dominate in your game you should know the competition business better than them and here I saw that what VA or financial advisor were not as knowledgeable as you were. Its called an installment land contract aka contract for deed aka agreement for deed (wrap around mortgagees). Google these terms. I’ve been doing them since 1998 to buy homes subject to

I’m just a random guy on TH-cam and watching the heck out of your videos and I am inspired.
