I drive a day cab Freightliner XL with the same motor with 550 hp. Best truck I have ever driven. It has not broken down on me not once. We take good care of the truck by doing maintenance on it. Also does not have a speed governor I can pull over 40k loads at 78mph. Not buying a new truck to many problems with them with all the computer sensors going up and the shop wants thousands to replace it.

14 liter and 12.7 is the same block If you have a 12.7 you can change it to a 14 liter just by getting the Overall kit
