My Sister went for a Study for interview and they accused her for misrepresentation. And they stated in the letter that " No Waiver is available for the ground of ineligiblility"

My f24 visa refused due to I am married
I denied that i am not married
After that i accept i in the writen that
I am married as per our hindu tradion
But marriage not registered
And we have two kids
They refused my immigration visa
And embassy written on their letter there is no waiver on ground leval.

What if my age was wrong in my b1 visa application which was denied, but i have corrected after my visa denial, my F2b status is current, i want to voluntary explain the discripancy, would it be called misintepretation?

Hi...can I have your email address please...I'm facing the same situation and have applied for US visa for the 5th time now...I was even picked for green card applications but when it reaches the Consular officer my application was denied.
