Since theories would be just useless since the mavericks have like 5 weakness each i will just say the weapons i used against the bosses in my playtrough of the game, first being... Chill Penguin < Fire Horse Kick: I used it since it was basically the Fire Wave for Vile, for me, it was pretty effective. Flame Mammoth < Basic weapons (first playthrough) Splash Hit (second playthrough): The Splash Hit is just the charged Storm Tornado for Vile (quite literally) So my brain told me to use that. Storm Tornado < Cerberus Phantom (second playthrough): It was the first time i used that weapon (and also the first time i defeated Sting Chameleon first) And it was so good i still use it whenever i can. Spark Mandrill < Fire Murrain: It was blue Armored Armadillo < Spoiled Brat: Pretty much because it was just unlocked and its get from Spark Mandrill. Launch Octopus < Peace Out Roller: When i readed "Spit into two in contact with the ground" i had to equip it, it is literally the weapon which Vile uses to defeat X in the original Mega Man X. Boomerang Kuwanger < Banzai Beetle: For some reason my dumb@ss tought that the Banzai Beetle could pursue enemies, and i was too lazy to change weapons when i already discovered it didnt. Sting Chameleon < Parasite Sword: I dont know, i had to try a cutter for the level and i tried the Parasite Sword, now i really like that weapon. For practically all the Sigma levels bosses i used Infinity Gig and whatever other weapon i felt usable Thanks for reading some of my desitions in the game
Manage to attempt beating the final boss without taking damage. Took me around 150 attempts to beat without taking damage. Their AI is quite random and somehow unpredictable.
@@paperjoe also i am more impressed with how you beat Sting Chameleon with default weapon. That boss is by far the one that i have most trouble the most.
@@paperjoeIt's an almost similar situation in Super Mario Bros where mario can jump through the vine. In this case, X's Buster somehow penetrate Vile's head because Vile hitbox is on his chest.
@@Alex_T_Dragon that fight is quite an illusion. It looks easy from the first glance but it isn't. The whole fight test your reaction speed and to make it worse, One of the zero's attack pattern is impossible to dodge. It's recommended to use upgraded weapon to end the battle quick otherwise you have to deal with this problem
This game mode was so good untim the ending. They really fumbled that ending in my opinion. Vile can no hit Zero and X at the same time and.. they best him with.. one.. Let me say that again. *ONE* *ONE CHARGED SHOT* Lazoest f*cking ending of all time. Vile shoudlve wipe them both and then killed sigma, Vile ending, it was so difficult?
