Propagating and Potting up a Philodendron Variegated Burle Marx

It's a rare houseplant known for its stunning splash of colors: The Variegated Burle Marx.
In my experience, this plant has grown so much faster than the standard Philodendron Burle Marx and is incredibly easy to propagate.

What a beautiful plant 🪴! I also live Denver, in an apartment, and have quite a bit of house plants, both indoor and outdoor, that I propagate to give or swap with my neighbors. I have a regular burle marx and it’s huge. It grows like a weed. I’ve propagated it a few times. I just purchased a variegated one and I’m treating like a baby because it was expensive. I’m hoping my variegated burle Marx grows just as well.
