We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.
    -
    THANK YOU ❗️

95% of cooking shows would have edited out the opening of the balsamic vinegar. The fact that you didn't, and even had fun with it, is one more reason we love your channel.

Sitting here eating my pepperoni chicken watching nearly 2 minutes of 3 guys trying to open a balsamic vinegar bottle, this is certified TH-cam gold! You don't get quality content like this from other cooking channels, that's why I subscribed!
(This is right up there with Agadmator answering his door while making a chess video and not editing the dead air time out of the video!)

    • @timcox9650

Nearly 4 million people subscribe to this channel. Most for free. And the quality is awesome.
A national network show, would be expensive, craptastic, and not get near the audience and shared community.

    • @IamJaneS
      @IamJaneS 11 วันที่ผ่านมา

I do believe he used to have a TV show, but he now makes over $1,000,000 a year from his restaurants and TH-cam. Worth absolutely every cent in my opinion. It doesn't get much better than this.
I have adblock, but I have it turned off for TH-cam, so the content providers get the income from the ads. They deserve it for taking the time to make the content for us to enjoy.

Running the vinegar bottle under hot water was the right thing to do because, when heated, metal expands faster than glass, thus loosening the cap. Just a little bit of not-so-useless trivia! Actually it's pretty helpful; I've been doing this for years 😁

I don't want a knife, but you America will love this recipe,it's better than ur burger,it's called mici(mitch) and it says that you can see Romania from ISS in the summer, after the bbq's grilling mitch.
It's a staple of summer food served with sweet mustard and cold beers and it goes like this:
    Mici(mitch) ingredients:
    1 kg pork leg
    0.8 kg leg of lamb/mutton/mutton
    0.8 kg beef neck
0.4 kg pork fat, or sheep tallow, or beef tallow
500 ml beef bone broth, or beef concentrate with ice cubes
Small seasonings for one kg of meat:
    20 g of garlic
    12 g bicarbonate
    10-12 g coarse salt
    5 g peppercorns
    3-4 g dried thyme
    3-4 g coriander seeds
    1-2 g allspice
    2 g cumin
a quarter or half of star anise.
    5 ml lemon juice
Use a mincer with a small sieve to finely mince pork, goat and veal. Add salt, thyme, pepper, allspice, coriander, paprika and baking soda over the minced meat. Add the finely grated garlic. Knead the meat mixture for 30 minutes, gradually adding the veal stock. Continue until you get a paste that is neither too hard nor too soft. Cover the composition with foil and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Use a piping bag with a hole in the end to form small stings of the paste on an oiled baking sheet. Cut the strings into pieces about 10 cm long. Heat a grill and grease it with oil. Fry the little ones until they are well done and juicy.
