Great review, I'm a fan of Nervosa. I was bummed when I heard the lineup changed so much, but it sounds like they are just getting better. Love the teutonic/blackened influence. These women are awesome!
Having watched Dekay’s interview with them the other day I then watched the ‘making of’ documentary. They looked like they had a ball making it. On top of that they seem to be really talented. Looking forward to hearing this album

A great album! Had a chance to welcome Mia last week on the show, and it looks like the atmosphere in the band is awesome, so I personally think this will be a great new re-start for the band!🤘

I was a bit worried when Fernanda and Luana left (and sad cuz I had just gotten into Nervosa by that time), but this lineup change really delivered, the drums especially for me 🔥 I also can't wait for what Crypta has coming 🔥
The album is really good, I too don’t like ever changing lineups in bands. But this is an exception, the album is killer and look forward to see what Nervosa does in the future.
Loved this album. That Death Blackened Thrash sound is incredible. The vocals on this are solid. Favourite track is Genocidal Command...Will be on regular rotation from now on 🤘🔥
Diva's voices are really boring, I stay with Fernanda, she was a beast, Diva is boring, she has no power or forcefulness, what she does is whispering and they get lost in the music
Great review! It was actually this album that got me into Nervosa! I have heard of them before, but it never really got me, I don´t know why, but after this album I am hooked! Now I also love their earlier stuff! They are one of the heaviest Thrash Metal bands out there, in my opinion, maybe because they mix a good amount of Death Metal into it, but nevertheless! And I abolutely love the new line up! They are all so sympathetic and pleasant people and they seem to harmonize so well together! I am a huge fan now!

Release from agony! Love that! About nervosa, i think the Brazilian underground scene have a Common Sense that "old is better", wich i Dig, but the talent sometimes asks for New aproaches. I think nervosa should embrace the New lineup with another sound. But the tracks are killer! I really want to hear the Fernanda's New project.
And I am actually curious what Fernanda's answer to this newest Nervosa album will be. Crypta /the new band established by Fernanda Lira/ remains sort of silent it the social media.They have released a few test tracks but nothing really solid so far.
I thought it was going to be a Sepultura 2 when Max and Igor left the band's sound. A big mistake, Prika managed to keep the band essence and even managed to put a monster drummer, apart from the vocal of Diva who is simply sensational. I just thought Mia was pretty erased on the album, but the songs are amazing.
The lineup change was the best thing that happened to Nervosa, Fernanda and Luana were good, but come on, with the new lineup they're so much better. My opinion.

even though i like the new line up i feel they will sound abit better with a 2nd guitar player. it will give abit more of a dynamic and will help fill the sound especially with guitar solos ..... thats just my opinion

Ok, got the album in cd the other day and just finished the first audition. It sure delivers, it's fun and exciting, well produced and mixed. Great riffs, drummer is insanely talented, singer kind of exagerates on the growling but that's fine too. Only minor problem is the guitar solos, which have been Nervosa's weak point since their inception. They are short or inexistent and lack any appeal, but not even that is capable of bringing this album down. I believe it's a winner and deserves all the praise.
Cool to hear the record is this good. Nice review. Just a guideline: saying “German -Teutonic Thrash”, is like saying “American - United States Thrash”. German/Teuton = same thing.
I also felt old nervosa was good but unremarkable, cheers for nudging me to check them out again! Liking what I'm hearing so far, kinda reminds me of Gossow era Arch Enemy which is something I miss sorely

There are Bad that comes to good. Now we have two incredible female extreme metal bands. I think Prika nailed pretty much everything now, the music is awesome brutal and catchy, the girls are talented, gorgeous, humble and charismatic. And Diva sounds like female Chuck from Death
diva has no expressiveness, her voice is lost in several choruses of many songs, for example, that of people of the abyss, or in the duet with the vocalist of destruction. I don't know what your comparison criteria are but Diva lacks forcefulness, strength and interpretation

Perfect analysis! I think that for a first album of a total new line up, these girls really did something impressive.
I know its only January but I have a feeling this will make my Top 5 for 2021.

Another of the weak points is the voice, it is lost in the music and is more noticeable in the duet he does with the vocalist of destruction
