    Recently, I am testing a milk fixative (0% fat). Unfortunately, the pencil still smears, even though I have already applied a few layers. I spray it with a spray. This method was used in the past, but it does not work for me.

      milk fixative - I've never tried it but I would be worried about it's long term stability?? Curious - I will have to talk to my art restorer friend and see what she thinks of it
