Demure is an underrated character. This battle shows it. He and Benkei had a super rough time before, but when he used his skills, he had them both on the ropes
Man, Hikaru should've been given a PTSD overcoming arc. And man Tsubasas VA went all out. Love it love it! Also it went: Nile won, Ginka and Kyoya tied, then Tsubasa won so it was 1 to 1
I still remember when I first saw Tsubasa going ballistic in this episode when I was a kid! Ryuga’s music playing for Tsubasa was just the cherry on top, and honestly just completed the whole moment for me. Had actual goosebumps from hearing the music, on top of everything else happening. Plus, I honestly needed to hear that music again. It’s been such a long while since they played that music before this moment. THIS was definitely one of the moments I’ve been waiting for. It’s one of those moments that’s both awesome, yet at the same time, downright frightening 😟 Ryuga’s music, Tsubasa’s laughter, Eagle turning into L-Drago, and just Tsubasa attacking everyone in sight. Tsubasa more or less turning into Ryuga, whether he realizes it or not. That wasn’t even the scariest part for me. For me, the scariest sight was Tsubasa’s eyes returning to normal, while still laughing like crazy.
The teamwork between Ginga and Masamune was slightly better than Kyoya and Nile. Nile wanted to work with Kyoya but Kyoya was too fixated on fighting Ginga to cooperate, but Ginga was able to be reasoned with. And that’s why they won this match. Maybe Gan Gan had some plot armour in the Kyoya-Ginga fight to even get here, but they were for sure the better team over all four matches.
Benkei and Demure Vs Tsubasa and Yu is such an underrated Battle imo, they really made everyone battle for this battle (substitutes included) really make the best useage of Benkei’s Bull’s Raw power and Demure’s Kinetic vision to make one heck of a combo! And the return of Dark Tsubasa/eagle was menacing, Poor Hikaru though!
Yuu was super underused in this battle tho, the writer basically made him did nothing when he could’ve help lessen the pressure on Tsubasa But I guess that’s need to bring the dark power arc to its peak tho
The reason why characters get knocked out in Metal Fight is because the greater the connection between the beyblade and its blader, the more they become a single being, so if the beyblade is knocked out then its blader is too. That is why in the series it is constantly repeated that a bey battle is a collision of spirits. If they don't have a strong connection then they simply don't feel anything.
Stuff like this is why when people say they just cant take Metal as Serious as OG or Burst I cant agree, the show set up the rules from day 1 that the beys and the bladers are connected through spirit, I feel way more when Madoka says Pegasus will be destroyed than the Burst Beys breaking because outside of Family mementos the beys get replaced so frequently as an excuse to upgrade rather than repairing it back to normal, it would mean way more when they say their beys are their partners if destruction wasnt just an excuse to get a new bey but actually take care of and repaired and grown from that last experience
@@sdbzfan1 A lot of people don't realize that, even they give an explanation of why the beys act like that and ours in real life are incapable of doing any of that and the reason is that in season 1 Gingka's father said that the secret was in the metal they are made of, a strange mineral called Star Fragment, fragments that came from all corners of the universe that fuse into rocks that landed on Earth and that's why the series is called Metal Fight, so basically We can say that they are fighting with alien creatures that have the ability to merge with the human spirit and their power increases with that union, a story similar to what happens in Jojos, with the difference that they do act as a separate entity, like a friend. If they were made of iron, aluminum or zinc like our beys they simply couldn't do any of that. They even talk about how these beings can only "wake up" completely when they start spinning clockwise, otherwise they have no effect and would behave like our beys in real life, explaining why they need to be shaped like a beyblade and not being any other way, even when that mineral first arrived on Earth they could only feel its power but they still did not know how to use them as beys, but as simple medallions. In addition to explaining the rarity of a Beyblade that rotates counterclockwise, this being a particularity of the being inside each bey, it's not about the blader deciding which way to spin the bey. It could be extended more but just to finish, when Ryuga absorbs the power of Kyoya, Tsubasa and Hikaru in the manga the word "kill" is used, this is because they explain to us that they were so close with their beys that when L-Drago stole the power of their beys it also stole the souls of their bladers. Explaining why their souls appear in the final battle of Metal Fusion, since in the final battle L-Drago used all the power he had stolen and that meant using the souls of them, and simply as soldiers refusing to fight for their king , they decided to help Gingka instead of being part of L-Drago, at that moment L-Drago unintentionally gave Gingka the power to defeat himself ironically, if he did not free them they would never have been able to help Gingka.
In most of the cases the opponent bey simply attacks the blader. Like for example when Gingka destroyed Dashan he was just standing there casually without any injury because Pegasus never attacks anyone.
I do wish Masamune won against Nile by themselves and then 2v1 Kyoya as that would be more redeeming, but this win is still serviceable, while Masamune wasn’t the strongest, they were definitely the MVP, coming up with the plan that got them the win, and being the one to stop Nile special move.
Kyoya even injured was holding back Gingka and Masamune's special moves by himself. If Nile had not hesitated and Leone had not broken his perfomence tip, I think they would have won.
If Kyoya had not obsessed with Gingka and just hold striker, Nile could have take out damaged Pegasus and they would have won much easily. But thats yo-yo for u..
@@Rioguardna Ngl, looking back at this episode now, Gingka and Kyoya come off as kinda dumb, more fixated on the rivalry than the long-term effects. Eventually, they decided to ditch the rivalry in the battle and use actual teamwork and strategy, but by the time Wild Fang realised it, it was too late for them
Yeah.. Kyoya had this one coming idc. He loses his shit whenever it comes to Gingka and never thinks but, poor Nile man. He won his match, stepped up as a temporary leader, created the best strategy with two mid player he had and also acted just right in last battle. What else he can do? He deserved it most .( Still i cant undermine Masamune tho. He was mature enough to put his ego aside and helped Gingka to beat Kyoya. Learned his lesson and moved his team forward. Not a big fan but i can not say he didnt deserve being last one standing here
The was a great episode the tag match was a win inspite of Tsubasa going full rayuga mode now team Japan can move on still with the fact Tsubasa unleashed the dark power only 2 things could possibly happen option 1 he gets benched from the team and YU takes his place or option 2 they find a way to drain the dark power out of him like Miko did the synthetic Energon formula from bulkhead back in prime but I am more surprised that Gingka and the others bull included didn't immediately recognize the dark power they were all there for battle bladers after all

Yo shoutout to tsubasa Va he really killed it
The VA voiced Kai in the OG series

David Reale (Tsubasa VA) was the GOAT in this series, as much as he was as Kai in OG Beyblade.
Destroying stadiums is really dark power favorite thing to do also gingka while weakened really carry the team in this team battle

Really like the dark eagle avatar with it turning into l drago that just peak visual
Ryuga’s return is soon and it will be glorious!
Hikaru having PTSD is such a nice detail, i like it so much
she probably still has her bey and if the situation calls for it she could come back to the fight
