i own the Dreamcast version with official htk guns. I am not biased, but the Dreamcast looks to handle better shading effects. the wii version is simply brighter . On the other hand the wii version has less loading times.
I think the reason the Dreamcast version looks to have better shawdows is because they had to hide the low resolution aka 480interlaced and 30 fps. While the wii being more powerful it was able to handle 480progressive and 60 fps and also better modeling, so they just got rid of the shadow effect.
You have to remember of course, that the Dreamcast light gun (crt required) is much better than a Wii-mote pointing device style gun peripheral.
Dreamcast version 100%

@@oddfox6776 What are you talking about? I have Dreamcast -version and it is 480P via VGA -cable and rock solid 60fps as well.
@@M1XART the resolution is in fact 480p you're right. But the FPS seems to differ from website to website some state 60fps while others state 30
@@oddfox6776 -It's 60fps on actual Dreamcast (not emulation). No slowdown.
Ahh don't we all love it when people like @@oddfox6776 come crawling out of their basements attempting to spread misinformation
People are gonna overhype the hell out of the Dreamcast no matter what, Wii version all the way
Its definitely straight up better. But the Wii still didn't have hdmi in 2009 which is a bit behind the times.
