I think he will do great, seems confident and stern, if he connects with that dressing room brings in some talent all areas of team then I'm sure where in for a real treat..we need more depth from all over park..defently look at some players who already have the knowledge but still not over hill, but still give the great youth a shot at same time to develop for our future.
