Now madam Lazarian I must say if it’s one thing that the ATL metro is known for, it would be those very stately looking homes. Do you have any videos on areas that have slightly smaller homes and or ranch style homes?
Great overview, thanks for sharing! Another question, are there more architecturally diverse neighborhoods in Atlanta metro North? These neighborhoods are great for traditional home style lovers, but are there more modern neighborhoods in the area?
Great question. The suburbs of Metro North have always been more traditional style homes. Just in the last few years are there more modern style homes being built. Many times these are not in a neighborhood, more one off on a private lot. Alpharetta, Brookhaven and closer to the city you will find more options for modern builds. I actually just went on a tour of new construction homes in Alpharetta that you can check out on my instagram. They are built in an older 80's community with large lots so there is a wide mix of style.
I have several clients that live in Hamilton Mill and have been very happy there. It is just North of Buford so very convenient to the highway and Mall of GA!
