5 Things You NEED To Know Before You Move To Braselton
i live in dawsonville all my live almost
I live in Alpharetta and i love it here.
Still have to check out the new park and library
There really is so much to do in and around these areas. I don't see how anyone could get bored living here.
You mentioned it not being too far from a lot of things and places. One of the things I like about the Atlanta area is, for my wife and I, it is a days drive to everywhere that we would desire to travel. Back home to Pennsylvania is a days drive. Visit family and friends in Central Florida is a days drive. East coast, less than a days drive. Half day drive to the mountains of Eastern Tennesee. A days drive to the Gulf Coast. We haven't made a permanent move yet, but since I am retiring soon, we'll have more time to spend in Atlanta spoiling the granddaughter, and maybe Dear Wife will be more persuaded to move there long term.
We love Jekyll Island. Shhhh. Don't say too much about it, or the secret will get out. Not touristy. Not a lot to do. BUT, perfect for a very laid back and quaint experience.
The AIRPORT: I hear people complain about Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport. However, coming from someone that has traveled a LOT in my 43 years of working in corporate, the ATL airport does run quite well compared to most other airports in the United States. I have made many connections through ATL as well as flying in and out of ATL. The last time I did a connection through Atlanta airport, I was amazed at how well and efficient the internal transportation system shuttles the passengers between terminals and the signage is good. My daughter and her husband live in the ATL area, and they do have complaints about airport parking and security being extremely slow, even with TSA PreCheck.
I see your youtube channel video has no rank keywords due to which your video is not ranking in youtube search list if you want I can help you how to research the rank keywords I can help you in that case I am waiting for your reply
Suwannee is full of ghost, don't move here!!!! The traffic is already bad enough
HAHA! Is that your way of scaring people off? Completely agree about the traffic though!
The townhomes behind you in the video where are they? I have a client who likes them.
Love your videos! You always manage to brighten my day.
Great video. Suwanee Town Center West & Playtown center look amazing!
Thanks for watching. They are great areas!
Love the way you formulated your video great tips thanks. Keep it up ✊🏾

Johns creek

@@garbygarb31 I thought the same thing until I looked at Tuxedo Park & Peachtree Battle, mind blowing !

Lenox park?
That's another one!
im still looking lol !
Your content quality is very good
Thanks for watching and the positive feedback!
Well, let me think, should I choose Cumming, or Lithonia, or College Park now you decide.
All completely different areas so it really depends on your job location and the commute you will be needing to make regularly.
They've cut down so many trees, Road Atlanta is much louder than it was a year ago.
They are doing quite a bit of building in the area and I see them clearing out the trees regularly. It was inevitable for the area to grow due to the land that still remains here.
@ashleylazarian too bad they didn't widen the roads first. Traffic is a nightmare now.
@@AintSchabusiness I couldn't agree more.
@@AintSchabusiness I can't disagree with you there!
The original section of the Vickery has beautiful homes. Sadly, the last section of homes are cheaply made, close together and narrow streets. The traffic on Post rd. is a nightmare (2 lane rd.) Before they keep building more homes, Post needs to be widened.
I can completely understand your thoughts here. It seems builders do this a lot in communities when the community isn't completely built out at one time. We've seen the same thing in Flowery Branch in highly sought after community Sterling on the Lake
Schools in norcross are pretty bad like norcross high or meadowcreek high but the private schools are good
That was such a great video
My biggest tip is to really study the area you’re planning on moving to before actually making the move. I live in Duluth/Berkeley Lake area. I meet lots of affluent new residents that regret moving to a specific area of town which doesn’t fit their lifestyle or income bracket quite often simply because they didn’t take the time to really experience what that community had to offer.
What’s with the Mom realtors..??? Stay professional..!! Give us the average square footage of each area, crime levels, traffic volumes, price per square foot, availability of housing. Don’t sell some dream of weekends with the food trucks, or PTA meetings with the Moms, those with kids can do that on their own, just give us the the financials and statistics 📊 so we can make a plan for what is best for our next move
I appreciate your stance, however, maybe I'm not the realtor for you. I am speaking to the people that regularly contact me and ask for this specific content and information. I've lived here for years and can tell them about the areas. You can learn square footage from a document online and as realtors we are not legally able to speak on crime statistics. Perhaps you should watch a different video with the information you are looking for.
amazing
Your video-making is very good. Your content ideas are perfect.
I have been living in Norcross since 2001, I love it, very close to Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta….
The location is hard to beat! In the suburbs but just a short drive from it all. I love downtown Norcross as well.
Teddy Roosevelt was born in NYC, not Roswell.
The board walk next to the river is my favorite part of Roswell !!
Such a great area and so much to do here, love Roswell !!

The voters must all work for the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. I live in Atlanta I have a low paying job which I hate and in the past year I've only been able to land two job interviews. My goal right now is to scrape together enough money to leave Atlanta and never never come back here,
OK, will try the Southern P. when we're up there in a few weeks. Hope to see you. 😊
Love it! 🥂
Thanks for watching!
Love the new park !
It's a great addition!
Awesome video, happy Friday!
The new park is amazing , have you been there yet ?
Thanks for watching!
Something else I just realized about Tyler Perry that's funny is that originally he's known as the man Hollywood rejected, so he built his own Hollywood in Georgia. Then now that Hollywood has disbanded and studios and actors are choosing a bunch of different places to call their new home, many are picking the Hollywood that Tyler Perry built as their new home. So one can say Tyler got the last laugh.
What a cool story!
Who?
@@GuiltyNoticer A pretty bad filmmaker, but he's a smart business man. Something Hollywood CEOs clearly aren't.
I love living here
Thank you for sharing! Would you mind sharing some of the things you love the most?
Future is life in socialism, like now in Cuba.
Not South Georgia!!!! People are very RUDE here!!
Their the ones who supported whats happening in California you fools 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I work as a actor, stand-in, photo double and extra in the film industry. The studios are awesome! My favorite is Eagle Rock Studios where Ozark, Dynasty and Will Trent has filmed!
What a cool job! Thanks for sharing!
Are there new for rent townhouses in Alpharetta? Thinking of coming there for Christmas to stay for a month.
There are townhomes for rent in Alpharetta, however, most of them are going to be long term rentals unless you are looking at an airbnb.
@@ashleylazarian Do they have Airbnb there?
@@mrcori2649 they do!
Curious about the real estate market in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA? I can help. Let's chat more at ashley@myhaventeam.com
Wow, I didn't know there were so many studios here. It's crazy the amount of favorable tax incentives here in georgia that place it better than Cali. Especially when you add in the cost of living.
I am still shocked when I talk to people moving from California and hear what they are paying for rent. The possibility for them to own a home in California is slim.
Also holy crap, never knew Tyler Perry was so rich to have a gigantic mansion and ranch and his own film studios too.
Isn't it amazing!! His plans for a completely sustainable property is like non other.
He's got a replicate of the White House at his studio!
@@MustangGT715 that's amazing!
@@ashleylazarian I actually just saw that when I searched up and found a video of Tyler Perry giving a tour of his own studio. Now we can probably guess where productions are going to film White House scenes. I wonder if that's where they filmed Royal Red, White and Blue? They guy also cleverly created a house that has four different sides so productions can use a large house with 4 different exterior designs depending on what type of movie they're making. I wonder how much did buying up that abandoned army base now his studios cost him? Was he able to pay for it using his Madea film money LOL.
@@MustangGT715ok that’s cool, I wonder what else he has filmed there or what he is working on now 🤔
Politicians have basically made California unliveable that even Hollywood don't want to live in it LOL. Like no exaggeration, there's various big name actors and Hollywood types who are vocal about trying to start a Hollywood 2.0 in another state. At the moment, Nevada, Texas and Georgia seems to be the favourites that people are eyeing.
They don't have an option at this point! California has made it completely unaffordable for people to own a property. Even renting is hard for most.
They supposed it fools 😂😂😂😂😂
Yes it’s great! Continue to turn Georgia Blue! If we could make a little Hollywood in each of these Red states that would be fantastic!
@@jeffreylynch9646 I live outside the US, so I had to check out which ones are red states (I know that means it's a Repulican state) and I see while Nevada is already a blue state, but both Georgia and Texas are red states. Not just Hollywood, but a bunch of California businesses (like over a dozen) have relocated to Texas and Georgia looks to have the most studios of the 3, so yeah hilariously the two red states are getting the biggest influx of Hollywood and California businesses. The funny thing is that the California government likes to brag that California is the 5th biggest economy in the world making $3.9 trillion in 2023, well not anymore! Which is the reason those states are not going to say no to Hollywood and California companies coming to them. For example Elon Musk relocated both Tesla motors, which is estimated to have made $96.8 billion last year, and Space X, estimated to have made $4.6 billion last year, to Texas. Ain't Texas saying no to $100 billion dollars to it's annual economy. Ditto with Georgia. It's now becoming the favourite state to film in, and ain't Georgia saying no to all that Hollywood money. Also you might get your wish because I know other states like Louisiana are also getting a influx of studios being built. Looks like Hollywood are ditching the Pacific coast and eyeing the states with a coast along the Gulf of Mexico instead.
