Killer cool! That's doing better than a stock 428-SCJ did back in the day!
I had a 69' Cobra for 15yrs. but sold it before I blew a bunch of bucks on it! These will always be the sweetest muscle car ever to me though! Some day baby!

I had guessed 351/390 or 428. Pullin that with a 302 (in a car this size) - impressive. Congratulations.

302 power! Weighs the same as your average foxbody.

Good Job dude!!!! Getting the leaf spring cars to leave good is a challenge from what I hear.
I was just up in your neck of the woods, my youngest son graduated from OCS at Newport RI.

Thanks! I have a hard time with the launch between bog and spin but getting closer. Congrats to him! If you’re ever back in that area Audrain Auto Museum is in Newport and worth checking out. They do some cool cars and coffee’s with mansion.

Thanks man. They are Mickey Thompson ET drag 26 x 10 15 stiff walls.

Ok. I ran the Phoenix 28/10.5 stiff last year on my nova, but the rub pretty good so I’m gonna try the Mickey 28/9’s 3054ST. Not a stiff sidewall but supposed to be a stick compound. The 26’s would be a little shire for me.
