Possible alternative fix that worked for me,( at least,) on my 120 . I had what is referred to as the error 5 where it powers on, but wont proceed pat error report screen. I unplugged it, unplugged the headphones too and left it on until the battery completely drained. Don't know how long that took because I didn't go back for a few days. I then plugged it back in, let it fully charge and Voila!!!! Up and running like new again.
