Really loved your 3 videos! Thank you very much for sharing. Your smile is adorable also. I just got booked for my first film so this was very valuable indeed. Thanks again. Warm wishes from Scotland 🏴
Tomorrow is my first time on a Chicago show as a co-star. With just a click of a button, there's Chris walking me through what to expect as a "newbie" and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks for the pep talk Chris and thanks for making these videos!
Tomorrow is my very first day on a major set and it’s for a recurring role so yea I’m a bit nervous! But thank you soo much for this! I definitely feel more prepared now!
This series is brilliant, having been in front of and behind the camera on Student films and been an extra on a couple of shows in the UK, I can confirm, there is a lot of waiting! But you get used to it and are normally in a nice place to stay whilst the crew set up the scene 🙌
Can’t thank you enough! I booked my first tv day role and watched your videos twice before the shoot. SO helpful - I went in knowing pretty much what to expect which helped immensely. I didn’t feel like such a newbie. Even remembered to thank my stand in. :)
I am so excited to debut in my first ever show, but I am praying I don't act awkward when I meet the regular cast! Thanks for the videos, I have subscribed 😊
LOL The fact that you're aware of the possibility that meeting the regs could be awkward tells me that you'll play it cool. :) Thanks for the sub and have fun!
I just booked my first Co-star this afternoon here in LA! I'm so excited and I came across your video first! Thanks for this! I definitely feel more prepared now! blessings bro!
YOU ARE AWESOME! I love watching your videos, you have a very nice voice to listen to and you explain things in a clear, encouraging and thoughtful way!!! Subscribed for life! ;D
Thanks so much for posting these videos, they've been so helpful. I just booked my first TV co-star gig and you've really helped quell my anxiety of the unknown.
Just saw you on Colin in Black and White, loved your scene and loved the show! I was watching your videos to help prep, so it was ironic to see you on the same episode!
this series calmed my nerves SO much!! shooting my first co-star role tomorrow for an hbo max series & these videos have totally helped… thank you!!!! 🤍
Pamela Barrett You’re very welcome! If you’re working as a principal actor in a speaking role, you won’t have a voucher on a SAG shoot. You will have a contract. It should be in your trailer if you haven’t signed electronically beforehand. Sign it and give it to whoever is in charge of you at base camp, usually the second 2nd AD.
I really want to be an actor but all this information is really great but I’m still scared I will screw the whole thing up if I ever get a role in anything cause I will forget stuff lol..and I really wanna be good at it :)
Hey! Messing up is completely normal, the only time it would be an issue is if it happens over and over again. So if you come prepared you have no worries! Don’t let fear stop you from chasing your dreams. Study your script and do research and you’ll be fine!
Yep, still monitor. I buy prompters from Brian Collins at ovation.tv. You'll have to call or email him to place an order. Good luck and thanks for the comment.
Hello Chris, I have a question. I'm 15 and I'm gonna act on set for the first time (commercial). Should my parent go with me or should I go there alone?
Hi. I'd say yes, you should bring a parent to the commercial. There may be documents that an adult needs to sign since you're not of legal age. Plus it's always good to have someone with you, especially when it's your first time on set.

Mr. Agos,
Thank you. This is very beneficial. What about the vouchers??? Who do we leave those with???

What happens when u mess up during shooting or does that happen like all the time?
Not a big deal unless it happens again and again. You gotta be prepared!
you are so great at explaining this, thank you for this series!!
Thanks for watching! Glad you dig it.
Completely awesome! Thank you so much!

I just want to say you have an amazing voice! Do you do voice acting ?
Thanks and yes. :)
I’m 16 and,is it late to start acting? And thanks for this video!
Def not too late! Start whenever you’re ready, don’t worry about your age because it’s meaningless!
am i the only one that thinks this is making me more nervous..
same :/
