The problem with the curing is that its uv resin in a non transparent mould.. you’d need regular resin or a transparent mould. Or not add pigments to the resin. I do love you also show the ‘this didn’t work’ part of your work into the video. And it all worked out perfect in the end

i am obsessed with this aesthetic lol, the concept is so innovative and cool! her face is absolutely gorgeous i have a sewing background and I've been making some doll clothes myself, and i noticed you have quite a lot of seams on the clothes here. imo eliminating as many seams as possible really helps keeping doll clothes less bulky, and also makes them easier to sew. idk if you make your own patterns but maybe try looking over the pieces and see which can be put together before cutting them out in fabric, for instance the shoulder seam and the outside leg seam on pants
I love how you add the veins on to all your dolls! I think it gives them more character and heart ❤ 🤚🏿🥰 also lots of veins are visible on darker complexions, they tend to be darker like purple or dark blue,even green ❤lysm!!!

On the thing with the circles there’s another thing you can use it for to dry your bras and socks and stockings all you need Is a metal hanger you bend the ends and put the top of the hanger through the top circle and put it on your shower curtain hanger the pole part unless you have a shower door it will still work it a good method to use if it raining out side and if you don’t own a dryer .
As I was watching you resin I wondered if you had trouble with it and turns out you did. UV resin is finicky and you need to use a transparent or semi transparent mold. The reason is the uv rays needs to be able to penetrate the whole mold and through the whole piece. If you really want to use an opaque mold i would use epoxy resin or, if you do uv do it in small layers but that may not even work. Hope that helps you! Btw she looks super amazing!! Love love! PS I just read a comment that said basically the same thing lol.

Except I live with my in-laws right now and they don't celebrate Christmas although they did give me a small teddy bear🐻 but doll videos and putting the final touches on some of my dolls is my Christmas this year

UV resin doesn't cure properly in non translucent molds. Usually if they're thin they're okay but the thicker pieces won't cure because there isn't a place for the UV light to get through. Translucent ones work better with UV resin!
I have a darker complexion and can confirm that I can see my veins. They are harder to see and I more so have to look for most of my veins but who cares about anatomical accuracy with art when it looks amazing 💌
ahhh good to know! youre totally right. also, on the harpy doll i imagine the veins probably look similar to how theyd look on a deeper complexion by how youre describing yours because they really arent obvious. or not nearly as obvious as on my lighter complected dolls.

I loved the original gun. :( I'm so sad you didn't. I thought it was a nice mix of fun and danger, because real guns (and images of them) can make me anxious. (America school shootings have scarred me. :/ ) But the thigh dagger IS an improvement, everyone deserves a thigh dagger.
