    Yield 6 8oz cup cake 可做6個8安士紙杯蛋糕
    Eggs 5 雞蛋
    Cake flour 1 C 低筋麵粉 (130g)
    Whole milk 1/2 C 全脂牛奶 (120ml)
    Oil 1/3 C 植物油 (80ml / 72g)
    Sugar 1/2 C 砂糖 (100g)
    Baking powder 1/4 tsp 泡打粉 (1.25g)
    Cream of tartar 1/2 tsp 他他粉 (2.5g)
    Parchment paper as needed 烘焙紙適量
    If you double recipe, do not double the amount of cream of tartar or the cake will cracks
