Hello Kevin, I just subscribed because you are an amazing teacher... you are the reason that I got A in my microbiology lab section..... I am so grateful 🙏 💛
Just the first photo puts everything to rest. Straight to the point! I love it thank you
You are great! You explained everything so great, I only wish you were my microbiology biology teacher, I learned a lot from your videos😊
What a clarity!!
Thank you for posting! This was very helpful.
You’re a life saver !💗
Thank you.
ur an amazing teacher
Sir nice and educative video sir make on uti chrome for identifying bacteria without biochemical test msa also
Very helpful. Thank you
The best channel 🥳🥳🥳
Great video, Looking for EMB agar.
so if asked," considering the salt concentration, what type of agar is MSA?" What would be the best answer? Both selective and differential or would selective be best ?
MSA is both selective for growth and differential for fermenting mannitol.
Thx!!!
thank u
THANK YOU SO MUCH
Sir I tried to understand but a big confused , I thought we use menetor to differentiate a certain bacteria, like if growth positive , then u tell maybe streptococcus, then why do we go on to check for fermentation of agar(positivity or negativity ) , and posivity incase I of lactose kindly answer me, but the video is very nice and educative, thanks alot
we check fermentation to differentiate between S.aureus and S. epidermidis. so basically msa can differentiate between bacteria that can grow in high salt conc. like staph and that cant like strept. by looking at the growth. so both spp of staph (aureus and epidermidis )can grow but only aureus ferments mannitol and turns it yellow. thus by checking growth you detect staph and then by checking fermentation indicated by yellow color you detect type of spp. that's s.areus. i hope this helps
Where can I find all your microbiology videos? Is there any title for it?
Easy way of explanation, *****
Thank you!
Sir pus sample grwthin ba small collony and msa have yellow colour formed cat and cogulase posi. All drugs resistant can I report msa sensitive stph aureus pls suggest
So beautiful of you.So helpful of the vidio~~~
