Big fan rob. I think there’s a good niche for you to fill in the podcast space. There’s already so much “all about business, 10x your life, learn this skill, do more, hardcore motivation” in this space. You can definitely fill a more good vibes, philosophical / lifestyle area. That fits you When you have people on in the future, CEOs athletes successful influencers etc, don’t ask them the same Qs that every podcast does, and the same stories they’ve told a bunch of times. Ask them about their beginnings, what gives them purpose, what brings them happiness in life, what they think about this passion, what their personal opinion is on X, what makes them passionate, stuff like that. Go deeper and keep the vibes the same level they were with Joey here (although he’s going to be hard to match). Don’t go too much in the weeds and I think you can differentiate yourself, and be a podcast where people come to really learn about someone and their life perspectives, while having a chill time
As an Irish TH-camr , I really enjoy listening to joe articulate what it feels like to be a TH-camr at point us all in a general direction. Top pod gents

For someone like myself that has watched youtube fitness for a good 10+ years (Candito, Nick Wright, Massthetics etc.) this is really cool to hear you both talk about your journey to where you are today.
The Koh Tao one. The script of the opening is genuinely originally (very hard these days) - "some people travel because they want to find themselves, I travel to lose myself" - genuinely never heard that before. The intro was awesome.
Really interesting and insightful - not just for fans of the channel(s) but also great to listen to advise for those wanting to make videos and get into TH-cam. Cheers guys!
Followed you both from early early days, still find value/entertainment from it..(still personal favourite vids were Joe and Mike force feeding themselves doughnuts in bed asleep making early gains... and mikes wild gain series with the Bear Grylls impersonations😂❤) keep up the work boys 👍 really interesting to listen to this personal perspective. On the point about making yt videos concise and “not wasting people’s time” is obviously beneficial for viewer retention etc especially due to the attention span of this gen. However there is something to be said about the art and beauty of the old school vlog type videos with less cuts and more “grey space” it’s become a dying art due to the way the algorithm and human psychology works
Really great podcast, Joe Delaney is my favourite fitness youtuber. So Rob Lipsett owns a villa in Marbella, but can't get a third camera angle...that split screen is no bueno.

Love the content rob. Bit of feedback that you might find useful: Be more selective about when you smile or laugh. If you watch joe's demeanor he's very laid back and selective with his emotions. This makes you respect him more. I don't think you're a goofy person but it can come across that way when you're always giggling. Especially with bigger guests moving forward, if you want to be taken more seriously, be more stoic. This is genuine feedback and not intended as a dig. Looking forward to more guests.
Good podcast, one suggestion is that Joe's face was mostly covered by the mic theoughout the video. Maybe you could find a better angle so that the guest isn't covered by the mic?
You can tell one guy here is pretty switched on and chose to do coaching/fitnesswhile the other guy is a bit of an airhead and ended up doing coaching/fitness out of having no better choice. Difference in intelligence could not be clearer.
