using *IFS()* is much clean and convenient than *IF()* for multiple conditions scenario

Start the formula with the condition of >=90 and then >=80 and so on then you will fell the difference because you will not need to write the < (less than) part of the formula
Use this formula instead
=if(cell>=90,"Golden A+",if(cell>=80,"A+",if(cell>=70,"A",if(cell>=60,"B",if(cell>=50,"C",if(cell>=40,"D","F"))))))
Don't forget to change "cell" with the actual cell name
